The Mercer Company was formed in 1975 as a multi-faceted real estate acquisition, planning, development and property management company with headquarters in Gainesville, Georgia (metropolitan Atlanta).

Since 1975 the Mercer Company’s services have expanded to include Commercial Loan Brokerage for both SBA loans and conventional commercial real estate loans, whether owner occupied or investor owned.

We continue to provide one-stop Property Management services for sophisticated income producing real estate assets, and bank owned OREO real estate assets (especially hotels), as well as real estate Brokerage services.

The Mercer Company has developed, owned and managed commercial real estate, including retail, manufacturing, offices, medical, apartments, hotels, condominiums, single family developments, golf course, and numerous PUD or specialty developments.
